Kim Kardashian has filed a lawsuit against Chad Hurley, accusing the YouTube co-founder of leaking Kanye West‘s wedding proposal at AT&T Park in San Francisco, RadarOnline.com has confirmed. Hurley filmed a behind-the-scenes video of West’s over-the-top proposal to Kim on her 33rd birthday, Oct. 21. In the clip, the rapper, in a dark suit, bends down on one knee and proposes to the reality TV star, in a short white dress, with a 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond stunner.
They alleged that Hurley signed a confidentiality agreement. The docs state, “Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself broadcasting the images he knew were the property rights of someone else.” The irony is that cameras for Keeping Up With The Kardashians were present and filming the entire proposal, which will air, although West will have the final approval of it. Anything to get KUWTK ratings up.
