The seven aggrieved governors of the Peoples Democratic Party have announced their decision to merge with the All Progressives Congress. Jigawa (Sule Lamido), Sokoto (Aliyu Wamakko), Rivers (Rotimi Amaechi), Kano(Rabiu Kwankwanso), Adamawa(Murtala Nyako), Kwara(Badulfatah Ahmed) and Niger(Dr. Babangida Aliyu).
